What we offer
We offer a full range of fitness options to help you reach your goals, including a dedicated weight section and punching equipment. Optional equipment includes power racks, kettlebells, bench press stations, and deadlift platforms. In addition, we provide Boxfit classes, 1-2-1 personal training, and tailored strength and conditioning programs to help you build strength, improve performance, and stay fit.

Our gym offers flexible membership options to suit your lifestyle, whether you prefer to pay monthly or pay as you go. We also provide 1-to-1 personal training, tailored to your goals and fitness level — and if it’s easier, I can travel to you for sessions (around a 20 mile radius).
